Garden roses and seasonal flowers grown on the farm in Gilroy, California

We are artists and poets who value hard work, ethical farming, and community.

  • Todd and Carly Turnidge met through poetry school in 2022. Eventually conversations about writing moved toward a shared dream to work with our hands to build something lasting. In 2024, we started Painted Table Farm.

  • Our small farm is managed through regenerative practices such as building soil health, working with the rhythms of the seasons, and practicing non-synthetic pest management to grow flowers that are fresh, vibrant, and fragrant.

  • We are a family owned business with a very small team who are paid fair wages. We love the work. We make mistakes and learn from them. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
